"great place to stay. EVERYONE is so friendly. We chatted with guests, with locals, wait staff at restaurants, etc. This is a down to earth place right across from the beach. The rooms were clean and Peggy the manager couldn't have been better. Restaurants are close by, a Italian & Steak house both within walking distance and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be back."

"We've just returned from a stay at Flagler Beach Motel in June and can't wait to go back again! It's the perfect place to stay if you want a relaxing, laid back vacation. The Motel is directly across from the beach..just a few steps down the street to cross over to the steps down to the beach. The rooms are VERY clean, updated and nicely decorated..the kitchen comes fully stocked with utensils,dishware, etc.. everything you need if you want to fix a quick lunch or breakfast..they even have a PROPANE grill if you want to throw on some dogs or burgers...the heated pool is great for an evening dip.. The motel is run by Peggy who is AWESOME!! Really!! She absolutely makes the place what it is. She is constantly available if you need anything and makes you feel so welcome!!! We loved every minute of our stay, Thank you Peggy for making our getaway one of the best ever!! Will be back soon! Teresa & Rck"

"I stayed for years at the topaz but since it has changed owners it is not the same. The traffic from the blue restaurant makes it hard to find a parking place in the evening. I want a more peaceful place. We love Flagler beach and are looking for a new place to call our home away from home."
