"Very nice accommodations during my late December 2014 stay. Enjoyed the convenience of being so close to the ocean. Especially pleased with the kitchen furnishings. All I had to do was buy food and cook. Look forward to staying with you again. Possibly the middle of February. Can't beat the value and the hospitality."

The staff are friendly and helpful, the grounds and room were clean, pretty and comfortable, the location was convenient to absolutely everything in Flagler Beach, and having a pool in addition to the beach is a definite plus. Very much a family friendly atmosphere and we are excited about coming back this year. Thank you."
